To prepare for an upcoming round of grant funding, we were tasked with redesigning a portion of Westgate Community School’s playground. The client needed to do something about a muddy hillside adjacent to their turf recreational area. We proposed a plan to integrate play equipment into the hillside and convert their irrigated turf to synthetic. Included in the design is a multi-tier sand play pit and a new swing area. My role in the project was in client communication, concept development, and graphics production.
